We've all had those, "If I had more time", "Maybe next time" or "One day..." moments. Those mark the times in our life we were given the chance to follow our dreams and passions but couldn't find the time to capitalize on the opportunity.
I decided to overcome my hesitations and embark on a adventure that I dreamt of doing 10 years ago. After graduating from the University of San Diego, I packed my bags and moved to New York City to enroll in a chef- training program at The Natural Gourmet Institute.
A new city. A new school. And a few new burns and scars later, here is my journey.
